EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your buy. No refund or return. Exchange only for size or Damage.
1. When Allowed
Ask in 7 days from delivery. Item new, not worn, not washed, original condition. Tags, packing, invoice, extras must be there. Damage needs unboxing video; video must show full open, no cut, clear damage.
2. Cannot Exchange
Lingerie, innerwear; beauty, personal care; jewellery; sale, clearance, discount items (unless defective); custom or personalized items.
3. How to Do
Contact on WhatsApp +91 9636119244 or email in 7 days, give order ID and details. If okay, we send return steps. After our check, new item sent. We approve or reject in 48 hours.
4. Shipping Cost
Our fault (defective, damaged, wrong): we pay. Your choice (size): you pay. Use tracked courier. No cash for shipping; we give label if we pay.
5. Options
Same item, different size (if stock); other item equal or higher value (pay extra if higher). Out of stock: pick similar value. No downgrade refund.
6. Key Points
One exchange per order. Fails check (used, missing tag): sent back to you. We can refuse if rules not met. No exchange if item altered or cleaned.
