1. Trademarks

All names, logos, pictures are trademarks of owners. Use without okay not allowed. Copy for business can lead to legal case. Report fake use of our brand to us.

2. Arbitration

Any dispute on Terms, Privacy, or related goes to one neutral arbitrator we pick, in Jaipur, under Arbitration Act 1996, English; decision final. You pay your costs.

3. Billing

Prices in INR, tax included unless said. Pay at order confirm. Wrong billing details may delay or cancel. Invoice sent by email; keep it.

4. You Protect Us

You agree to defend and keep us, our group companies, staff, and partners safe from any claim, loss, or cost from breaking these Terms, misusing the Platform, hurting others' rights, or fraud or unauthorized use of your account.

5. Card and Payment

Third-party handles; we do not keep sensitive info. Wrong details your duty. Chargeback without reason: we fight and may ban you.

6. Liability Limit

As much as law allows, we are not responsible for indirect, extra, or special loss, including lost profit, data, or goodwill. Our max responsibility is the price you paid for the item or what law says. No liability for force majeure (war, flood, strike, pandemic). Platform may go down for maintenance, no claim for that.

7. Fraud

We can check or cancel suspect order. Report unauthorized payment fast; we help authorities. You must use own card or approved payment.

8. We Cancel

For no stock, wrong price, fraud, terms break; no reason needed. Refund to original way or wallet.

9. Account Use

Keep login safe; all actions your duty. No share or multiple accounts for offers. We can end for misuse or break. Inactive account over 2 years may delete.
